1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak sale periods, new collection launches, or holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping to customers in North America. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are provided by our logistics partners and begin once the order has shipped. Delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues are outside of our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable promotions offering free shipping will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within North America. If you are located outside this region and wish to place an order, please contact us at maryroyal@outlook.com before purchasing to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey in real time through the carrier’s official website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at maryroyal@outlook.com. Include your order number and relevant photos (in the case of damage), and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
